Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for an eye hospital, ensuring smooth HR processes and effective employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment and onboarding of doctors, nursing staff, optometrists, and support staff.
- Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.
- Implement HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support employee relations, training, and overall workforce management.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labour law compliance.
