We are looking for a sharp, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to manage the accounting operations of our garment distribution business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with accounting software, handling day-to-day financial records, and supporting compliance-related activities.
- Expertise in Logic ERP software billing and reports
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage billing, invoicing, and daily accounting entries
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
- Generate sales reports, ageing reports, and account statements
- Handle GST filings, tax-related work, and audit support
- Ensure timely updates of accounts and reconciliation of ledgers
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
- Required Skills & QualificationsStrong computer skills with the ability to work on billing/accounting software (Logic software preferred) and if not then robust computer skills to learn the billing softwares
- Good understanding of bookkeeping, accounting records, and basic balance sheet concepts
- Ability to generate and interpret financial reports
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic commerce background (B.Com or equivalent preferred)
- Additional Skills (Preferred)Knowledge of Excel, data handling, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with GST compliance and audit processes
- Any additional computer or software-related skills will be an advantage
