About the RoleJodVeda Ayurvedic Clinic is looking for a confident and result-oriented Patient Appointment Executive to connect with potential patients, handle leads and schedule consultations at our clinic.
- Key Responsibilities
- Call the leads provided by the company and communicate with potential patients.
- Explain the clinic's consultation services in a qualified and polite manner.
- Convince interested patients to schedule a clinic consultation.
- Book appointments and confirm patient visit dates and timings.
- Follow up with interested leads and remind patients about their appointments.
- Ensure maximum possible patient visits through regular calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily calling records,
appointment schedules and lead status.
- Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales calling or appointment booking.
- Excellent Hindi communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle leads and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence and a target-oriented approach.
