- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and client visits.

- Promote the organization's training, consultancy, audit, inspection, certification, and emergency services.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- B. Corporate Client ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industries, PSUs, government departments, educational institutions, and other organizations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Conduct meetings with HR, EHS, Safety, ESG, Procurement, and senior management teams.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.




- Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- C. Market Research and ExpansionIdentify potential markets, industries, clients, and business segments.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging service requirements.
- Develop new client segments and explore opportunities for geographical expansion.
- Establish strategic alliances with consultants, training partners, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
- D. Sales Planning and ReportingPrepare monthly sales plans, lead-generation plans, and revenue forecasts.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records.
- Track leads, meetings, proposals, conversion rates, order bookings, and revenue achievement.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with operations, trainers, technical teams, finance, and administration for smooth project execution.
