- Assist the head baker in daily cake production, from preparation to baking.
- Follow recipes and quality standards exactly.
- Maintain hygiene and keep the kitchen and equipment clean.
What we are looking for
- Willing to learn and to follow recipes exactly, every time.
- Careful about hygiene: clean hands, cap, apron and gloves.
- Can stand and work for long hours and lift trays and moulds.
- Punctual and reliable, especially in the festive months.
- Comfortable working in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada or English.
An advantage (not mandatory)
- Earlier work in a bakery, cloud kitchen or home bakery.
- Basic idea of cake batters and oven handling.
What we offer
- Training on our recipes and standards.
- Overtime pay during the Oct to Dec rush (rate to be fixed in the offer letter).
- Probation of 1 to 3 months, then a confirmed role.
- Scope to grow into a senior baker.
