Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cakes, pastries, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and other bakery products.
- Handle cake baking, cream preparation, icing, frosting, and cake decoration.
- Prepare customized and designer cakes as per customer requirements.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery and work area.
- Manage ingredients, stock, and minimize wastage.
- Follow recipes and maintain timely production.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a bakery or cake shop preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, cake decoration, and dessert preparation.
- Creative, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team and meet daily production targets.
- Freshers with basic baking knowledge may also apply.
