Key Responsibilities:

- Handle prospective client enquiries and explain our chess courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Communicate professionally with parents over calls and WhatsApp.
- Manage sales activities, client records, and daily follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and client interactions.
- Support day-to-day sales and operational activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid convincing,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and regular follow-ups.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to manage sales targets and operational responsibilities.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Important Note:

A 15-month service agreement is mandatory for this position. Candidates should apply only if they meet the minimum experience requirement and are comfortable committing to the agreed service period.
