This role is suitable for graduates who are interested in sales, customer relationship management and banking products.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and build strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Explain banking products and services to prospective customers.
- Support customer engagement and business development activities.
- Work towards sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility criteria
- Graduates from full-time graduation courses with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–11 months of work experience.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate.
- Maximum age: 25 years as of the date of application.
- Should be comfortable with a sales-oriented role.
Selection process
1. Online aptitude test covering verbal ability, quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.
2. Up to two rounds of interviews for candidates who explicit the aptitude test.
3. Selected candidates will undergo 15 days of residential training at the campus.
Compensation
Annual CTC of approximately ₹3,00,000, depending on the city category. The detailed salary structure should be confirmed during the hiring process.
