Security Officer – Operations Company: SecurePath Security & Services Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Job Overview We are looking for a disciplined, responsible, and proactive Security Officer to manage security operations across assigned sites in Baddi. The candidate will coordinate with security guards, supervisors, clients, and the company's Operations Team to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of security services.

- Key Responsibilities Site Management: Supervise and monitor security operations across assigned sites and ensure proper deployment of security personnel.
- Manpower Management: Manage guard attendance, duty rosters, shift changes, relievers, and manpower shortages.
- Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct regular and surprise inspections to ensure guards are alert, present, properly uniformed, and performing their duties.
- Client Coordination: Maintain qualified relationships with clients and promptly address their security-related concerns.
- Discipline & Performance: Ensure guards follow company SOPs, site instructions, and reporting procedures.
- Incident Management: Handle security incidents, prepare reports,



and immediately escalate serious matters to senior management.
- Reporting: Submit daily attendance updates, site inspection reports, incident reports, and operational updates to management.
- Recruitment & Training: Assist in guard recruitment, site deployment, briefing, and on-site training when required.
- Equipment & Uniforms: Monitor uniforms, ID cards, registers, communication equipment, and other security-related resources.
- Operational Support: Coordinate with the head office and Operations Manager to maintain service quality and resolve site-level issues.
- Candidate Requirements Ex-servicemen or candidates with relevant security operations experience will be preferred.
- Experience in supervising security guards, managing multiple sites, and handling manpower deployment.
- Strong leadership, communication, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between assigned sites in the Baddi industrial area.
- Basic computer skills for attendance, reporting, and documentation.

Ability to coordinate professionally with clients and security personnel.
