Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Flight Ticketing & Sales: Handle domestic and international flight bookings, fare quotations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations and refunds through GDS and airline portals.
2. Hotel Reservations: Manage domestic and international hotel bookings, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure booking confirmations.
3. Holiday Package Sales: Design, quote and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages, including flights, hotels, transfers and sightseeing.
4. Visa Sales & Assistance: Handle visa enquiries, documentation, application coordination and customer follow-ups for various countries.
5. Lead Conversion: Manage B2B and B2C enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and emails, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximum conversions.
6. Revenue & Profitability: Achieve monthly sales targets,



maximize profit margins and upsell additional travel services.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Deliver excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, resolve customer issues and generate repeat business.
8. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain daily enquiry, booking, conversion, revenue and pending-payment reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Monthly sales revenue and gross profit targets
- Lead-to-booking conversion rate
- Customer response time and follow-up efficiency
- Repeat bookings and customer satisfaction
- Booking accuracy and payment collection

Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in travel sales, ticketing, hotels, holiday packages or visa services.

Ideal Candidate: Sales-driven, target-oriented, solid destination and product knowledge, excellent customer handling skills, and proficiency in GDS/travel booking portals.
