We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming bar environment.

Beverage Preparation & Service

- Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes
- Create new drinks or specials when needed, and recommend options to guests
- Check customers' IDs to verify legal drinking age
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary

Customer Service

- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and answer questions about the menu
- Build rapport with regulars and create a positive atmosphere
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally

Bar Operations

- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash




- Open and close the bar, including cash counts and end-of-shift reports
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, counters, glassware, and equipment
- Restock ingredients, glassware, ice, and supplies
- Track inventory and report shortages to management

Compliance & Safety

- Follow all Karnataka liquor laws, licensing rules, and responsible service guidelines
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Report any incidents, accidents, or disturbances to management
