Job Overview Startek is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR Chat) and Technical Support Representatives (TSR Chat) for international chat processes in Whitefield, Bangalore. We are looking for experienced candidates with excellent English communication skills and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice or chat process.
Candidates should be customer-focused, professional, and comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift workplace.
1. Altice CSR Chat – Customer Service Representative
- Handle customer queries through international chat support.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional written communication in English.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
2. Altice TSR Chat – Technical Support Representative
- Assist customers with technical queries through chat support.
- Identify customer issues and provide suitable troubleshooting steps.
- Explain technical solutions clearly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Follow troubleshooting procedures and process guidelines.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: PUC (+2) or any degree.
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in an international voice or chat process.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills.
- Versant Score: Level 6.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Work Arrangement: Willingness to work from the office in Whitefield, Bangalore.
