We are hiring an energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive / Fashion Consultant for our premium menswear store in Noida. The candidate will assist walk-in clients, showcase designer menswear collections (suits, sherwanis, ethnic wear), and drive store sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in clients with personalized styling and product recommendations.
Understand customer preferences and showcase suits, blazers, bandhgalas, and traditional wear.
Coordinate with tailors/masterji for custom fittings, alterations, and client measurements.
Maintain clean, organized garment displays and monitor stock inventory.
Follow up with clients regarding order status, trials, and timely deliveries.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and build repeat relationships.
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail sales (apparel, fashion showroom, or menswear preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic to positive spoken English.
Well-groomed, polite demeanor with a strong customer-handling attitude.
Freshers with high energy, good styling sense, and strong communication may also apply.
Store Timings & Working Days:
6 days a week (rotational weekday off).
