We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to manage billing, customer collections, outstanding payments, and account reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments.
- Maintain accounts receivable ageing reports and collection trackers.
- Perform customer ledger and payment reconciliations.
- Ensure GST-compliant billing and accurate accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare collection reports and support month-end closing and audits.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, billing, and collections.
- Understanding of GST and basic accounting.
- Valuable MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of Tally, SAP, or ERP systems preferred.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and analytical skills.
Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance or Accounting.
