- Supervise water supply, drainage, soil, waste, vent and rainwater piping works.
- Read approved plumbing drawings and explain installation requirements to workers.
- Plan daily activities, allocate manpower and monitor completed quantities.
- Check pipe routing, levels, drainage slopes, supports, joints and sleeves.
- Supervise installation of sanitary fixtures, CP fittings and plumbing accessories.
- Prepare material requirements in advance and coordinate with the storekeeper and site engineer.
- Control material consumption, minimize wastage and arrange returns of unused materials.
- Coordinate pressure, leakage and drainage testing under the site engineer’s supervision.
- Identify installation defects and complete rectification before inspection and closure.
- Coordinate with civil, waterproofing, electrical and other site teams.
- Maintain daily manpower, progress, pending work and material requirement reports.
- Ensure protected working practices, proper tool use and PPE compliance.
