- Job ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding on SS 304, stainless steel, and other metal components as per job requirements.
- Weld feeder bowls, hoppers, chutes, brackets, and fabricated parts used in automation and feeding systems.
- Read and follow engineering drawings, dimensions, and welding specifications.
- Ensure proper weld quality, finish, alignment, and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform welding on thin-gauge sheets and precision components with minimal distortion.
- Maintain cleanliness and finishing of welded components.
- Inspect weld joints and rectify welding defects when required.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain welding equipment.
- Required Skills and QualificationsExperience in TIG welding,
preferably in stainless steel fabrication.
- Knowledge of welding parameters, filler materials, and joint preparation.
- Ability to understand basic engineering drawings.
- Experience in precision fabrication and sheet metal welding is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs within the given timeline.
- Contract TermsPayment: As mutually agreed, based on work or contract.
- Working Location: Mooin Automation Private Limited, Chakan, Pune.
- Work Schedule: As per production requirements.
- Quality Requirement: All jobs must meet the specified drawing dimensions and finishing standards.
Note: The welder will be responsible for completing the assigned welding jobs with the required quality, accuracy, and finishing within the agreed timeline.
