Job Title: Senior Field Sales Executive – RO Spare Parts

About the Role

Bactoclean India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Field Sales Executive to expand its RO and water purifier spare parts business across Bihar and Jharkhand.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit RO spare parts shops, retailers, wholesalers and distributors across the assigned territory.
- Develop new dealers and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve a monthly sales target of ₹10 lakh.
- Generate repeat orders and expand Bactoclean’s dealer network.
- Handle order booking, payment collection and outstanding follow-ups.
- Conduct regular market visits and submit daily sales reports.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in RO, water purifier, electrical, plumbing or spare parts distribution preferred.
- Strong dealer development, negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar and Jharkhand.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.
- Performance-based incentives.
- Company-approved travel, petrol and outstation expenses as per policy.
