We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented COD Confirmation & Customer Support Executive to handle COD order confirmation calls, customer queries, courier/parcel tracking, and logistics-related issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing weekly/monthly reports, and identifying recurring customer queries to improve response efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Make COD confirmation calls to customers and confirm orders.
- Handle customer calls related to orders, delivery, and other queries.
- Manage and respond to customer queries in a skilled manner.
- Handle courier and parcel tracking and check parcel status across different courier partners.
- Coordinate and resolve logistics-related errors and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of COD confirmations and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners whenever required.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and promptly.
- Escalate unresolved customer or logistics issues to the concerned team/manager.
