Job Description – Chinese & Indian Cook / Chef

Location: Speed Kitchen, Nallurahalli Main Road, Whitefield, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 7:00/8:00 PM to 7:00/8:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Chinese & Indian Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team at Speed Kitchen, Whitefield. The candidate should have good knowledge of both Chinese and Indian cuisines and be able to prepare food efficiently while maintaining taste, quality, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli dishes, and other Indo-Chinese items.
- Prepare Indian dishes, including curries, gravies, dal, rice, starters, and other menu items.
- Handle food preparation, cooking, and online orders efficiently.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size, and timely order dispatch.
- Manage ingredients, sauces, gravies, and daily kitchen preparation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow FSSAI food safety guidelines.




- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and packing staff during busy hours.
- Monitor stock, reduce food wastage, and store ingredients properly.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or cloud kitchen preferred.
- Must have practical knowledge of both Chinese and Indian cooking.
- Ability to handle multiple online orders in a rapid-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, ingredient storage, and kitchen safety.
- Punctual, hardworking, and comfortable working the night shift.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi, English, or Kannada.
