Location: Delhi/NCR (Travel to customer factories required)
Experience: 0–3 years in industrial machine operation, preferably wire enameling
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
Job Responsibilities
- Learn to operate different types of wire enameling machines.
- Understand wire enamel application, machine settings and process parameters.
- Assist in conducting enamel trials at customer factories.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine operation and enamel application issues.
- Maintain records of machine settings, trial results and observations.
- Gradually develop the ability to provide technical support and train customer operators.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic experience in operating industrial machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in hands-on technical work and problem-solving.
- Positive communication skills and ability to work with customers.
- Willingness to travel and undergo practical training at customer factories.
Training: Practical training on wire enameling machines will be provided at customer manufacturing facilities.
