## ? JOB DESCRIPTION
BSS Loan Officers will be responsible for providing loan services to small retailers and business outlets, generating leads, achieving sales goals, and carrying out collection activities under the Bharat Super Shop (BSS) model.
This is an **outbound/field-based role** requiring positive interpersonal skills and a basic understanding of sales processes.
## ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* ? Conduct market surveys to identify customers interested in loans.
* ? Acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
* ? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* ? Promote **Overdraft and Retail Loan Products**.
* ? Generate leads and achieve revenue/sales targets.
* ? Perform collection activities and improve portfolio quality.
* ? Minimize customer delinquency through efficient collection practices.
* ? Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
## ⭐ SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
* ? 10th / PUC / Matriculation – Pass.
* ? 0–2 years of relevant experience.
* ?️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* ? Ability to sell and handle customers efficiently.
* ? High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
* ? Ability to work in a competitive environment.
