Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable outdoor clothing, footwear and trekking gear.
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop strong product knowledge and explain features and perks to customers.
- Manage product displays, stock replenishment and store merchandising.
- Handle billing, inventory and daily store operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in apparel, sportswear or lifestyle stores.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English and Marathi.
- Energetic, customer-focused and target-oriented personality.
- Basic computer and POS billing knowledge.
- Interest in outdoor activities is an added advantage.
