Job Summary

Simplilearn is looking for a Learner Success Manager to enhance the learner experience by supporting live virtual classes, mentoring learners on projects, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth course delivery for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist trainers during live virtual sessions and manage class logistics.
- Engage with learners before classes and encourage active participation.
- Host sessions, manage Q&A;, evaluate assignments and projects, and support demo classes.
- Mentor learners on projects and resolve course-related queries.
- Coordinate with trainers, content, and product teams to ensure high-quality course delivery.
- Track learner progress and support timely course completion.
- Communicate effectively with learners across different countries and time zones.




- Present confidently during live sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 0–1 year of experience or basic knowledge of any one of the following: Java, SQL, C, C++, R, Python, DevOps, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, AWS, Azure, or Agile.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive presentation and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
