? Job Responsibilities

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial interviews and schedule candidate interviews.

- Explain job roles, salary structures and company policies to candidates.

- Manage employee joining, documentation and employee records.

- Prepare monthly salary sheets using MS Excel.

- Calculate salaries, incentives, deductions and payable amounts.

- Handle monthly payroll processing and salary-related queries.

- Maintain employee databases and HR reports.





✅ Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate preferred.

- Experience: 3 to 6 months preferred.

- Practical knowledge of recruitment and payroll management.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and salary sheet preparation.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
