Job Description

KONNBOT PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for Jaipur who can independently manage field sales, client handling, architect networking, business development, and deal closures.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting client meetings, building professional relationships, coordinating with the internal team, and converting business opportunities into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits and attend meetings with potential clients across Jaipur.
- Build strong qualified relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, and property owners.
- Handle client meetings, understand project requirements, and present company services effectively.
- Convince clients and architects to collaborate with the company and generate business opportunities.
- Generate new leads through networking, market visits, references, and field activities.
- Follow up with clients and architects, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals successfully.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication, timely follow-ups,



and proper execution of client requirements.
- Manage client relationships from the initial meeting to final deal closure.
- Maintain daily records of client meetings, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth in Jaipur.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Strong experience in field sales, client handling, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-convincing skills.
- Ability to independently conduct client and architect meetings and close deals.
- Strong networking and relationship-management skills.
- Experience in construction, real estate, architecture, or building-related services will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Jaipur for client meetings and field visits.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and achieve sales targets.

Salary & Incentives

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month + performance-based incentives, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
