Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end warehouse management including inbound, storage, and outbound operations.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the warehouse & logistics team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage inventory control with focus on accuracy, availability, and minimal wastage.
- Support demand forecasting and ensure timely availability of materials and consumables.
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Operations, Admin, Clinical Teams) to ensure alignment of supply chain objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Postgraduate degree (MBA / PGDM preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse / SCM management.
- Prior experience in Hospital / Healthcare sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Robust knowledge of inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
