We are looking for a skilled and energetic Dosa Chef / Dosa Master to spearhead the hot line of our

brand-recent South Indian restaurant in Viman Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive

experience working with large-scale commercial flat-top tawas and a deep understanding of authentic

South Indian breakfast food production.

Key Responsibilities

• Tawa Operations: Manage the 2.5' × 5.5' Dosa Tawa Line efficiently, delivering consistently crisp,

uniform, and perfectly cooked dosas under high-volume breakfast and evening rush hours.

• Quality Control: Ensure the taste, texture, appearance, and temperature of all variations (Plain,

Masala, Ghee Roast, Utthapam) meet quality benchmarks.

• Station Management: Keep the hot cooking station clean, sanitised, and strictly organized according to

safety guidelines.

• LPG & Safety Maintenance: Safely operate high-pressure commercial LPG burners and ensure

appropriate shutdown procedures at the close of shifts.

• Manpower handling: Ensure shift wise staffing and maintain discipline in the kitchen at all times.
