- This profile is based at the hotel and represents the Membership Division: key responsibilities include
- Meet members and guests proactively and represent Loyaltician and the Club professionally.
- Build good relationships with hotel associates and the management team.
- Train hotel staff on the programme and promote the Hotel Associate Incentive Program.
- Support events, promotions and ATL/BTL activities when planned.
- Meet existing members, look after their reservations
- Meet prospects and enroll them as recent members (sales)
We are looking for presentable and well spoken individuals who are hardworking and can be at the hotel from 12 noon to 9 pm.
Candidates with prior experience in hospitality hotel / resorts), memberships, time share or airlines will be given preference.
This job requires independent thinking and execution!
