Job SummaryDaphne’s Café is looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Guest Service Associate to ensure an excellent dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide attentive and professional service in a rapid-paced café environment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain dishes, recommend food and beverages, and answer guest queries.
- Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for timely delivery.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and guest spaces remain clean and well-maintained.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally.
- Maintain proper service etiquette and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.




- Assist with reservations, guest inquiries, and billing whenever required.
- Maintain the café’s hospitality standards, hygiene practices, and professional appearance.
- Eligibility & SkillsMinimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong teamwork, punctuality, and problem-solving skills.
