At Krafty Animation, we believe in the power of visual storytelling to simplify complex ideas and bring brands to life. We create engaging explainer videos, product videos, brand films, and marketing content using 2D animation, 3D animation, stock footage, and live-action production.

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator & Video Editor who is passionate about exploring the possibilities of generative AI in video production. If you enjoy experimenting with AI tools, creating stunning visuals, and transforming ideas into compelling videos, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality AI-generated videos and visual assets for explainer videos, product videos, brand films, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
2. Transform scripts, creative briefs, and storyboards into engaging video sequences using AI video generation tools.
3. Generate realistic or stylized visuals, characters, environments, product shots, and cinematic sequences using text-to-video and image-to-video techniques.
4. Edit and assemble AI-generated footage, stock footage, and live-action content into polished, professional videos.
5. Write and refine prompts to achieve the desired visual style, camera movements, lighting, composition, and overall output quality.
6. Maintain visual consistency across scenes, including characters, products, environments, and colour palettes.
7. Enhance videos with transitions, sound effects, background music, voiceovers, subtitles, motion graphics, and visual effects.
8. Use AI tools for image generation, voice generation, lip-sync, background replacement, and other production tasks wherever appropriate.

Collaborate with the creative and production teams to brainstorm ideas, develop visual concepts, and find innovative ways to execute projects.
10. Review AI-generated outputs, identify visual inconsistencies or imperfections, and refine them through prompting, editing, and compositing.
11. Stay updated with emerging AI video tools, models, and workflows, and experiment with new techniques to improve creative output and production efficiency.
12. Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality videos within agreed timelines.

Requirements

1. 0–3 years of experience in video editing, AI video creation, animation, or a related creative field. Freshers with a strong portfolio and practical AI video creation experience are welcome to apply.
2. Hands-on experience with generative AI video tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Google Veo, Sora, Pika, Luma AI, or similar platforms.
3. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
4. A strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, framing, camera movements, pacing, and transitions.
5. Ability to write effective prompts and experiment with different approaches to achieve the desired visual output.
6. A positive understanding of video production workflows, including editing, sound design, colour correction, and final export.

Strong creative thinking and the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual content.
8. Excellent attention to detail, particularly when maintaining visual consistency and identifying AI-generated errors or artefacts.
9. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a creative team.
10. Willingness to learn new tools, adapt to evolving technologies, take constructive feedback, and solve creative challenges independently.
11. A strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos, editing projects, or personal creative experiments. A portfolio is mandatory.
12. Good to HaveExperience with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
13. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, compositing, and visual effects.
14. Familiarity with AI voice generation, lip-sync, and avatar video tools such as ElevenLabs or HeyGen.
15. Experience creating explainer videos, product videos, advertisements, brand films, or other commercial content.
16. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
17. An interest in exploring new AI models, creative workflows, and unconventional approaches to video production.

You don't need to be an expert in every AI platform. Strong editing fundamentals, hands-on AI experimentation, and a compelling portfolio matter most.
