Job Description
acts as the primary link between a vehicle dealership and its customers, guiding buyers through the entire process of selecting, financing, and purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles
- Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors, respond to online/phone inquiries, and identify buyer budgets and preferences.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase vehicle features, explain technical specifications, warranties, and manage test drives.
- Sales & Negotiation: Discuss vehicle pricing, trade-in valuations, and optional add-ons to close sales while hitting monthly targets.
- Financing & Paperwork: Assist customers with loan applications, review credit/finance terms, and complete purchase/registration contracts.
- Aftersales Follow-Up: Contact buyers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction, request reviews, and build a pipeline for repeat business or referrals.
