- Client Sourcing & Acquisition: Find and engage potential borrowers, market the NBFC's loan products and build local referral networks.
- Application Screening & Verification: Collect mandatory paperwork—such as income proofs, bank statements, ITRs, and KYC documents—and conduct initial field or physical verification.
- Loan Structuring & Pricing: Help structure repayment terms, interest rates, and loan tenures in line with company policy and borrower profile.
- Disbursement & Documentation: Ensure all legal agreements, post-dated cheques (PDCs), e-mandates, and security collateral documents are executed properly before disbursing funds.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal fair-practice codes.
