Holiday Package Executive – Domestic & International Tours

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Holiday Package Executive to join our Travel Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international holiday packages, group bookings, responding to client queries, email preparing itineraries, and ensuring smooth execution of bookings.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day domestic and international holiday package enquiries received from clients.
- Respond promptly to client emails and queries and provide suitable package options as per their requirements.
- Handle FIT (Free Independent Traveller) hotel and holiday package bookings from enquiry to confirmation.
- Prepare customized itineraries and holiday packages based on client preferences, travel dates, budget, and requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, suppliers, transport providers, and other vendors for bookings and confirmations.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates and prepare quotations for clients.
- Follow up with clients on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage bookings and ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed accurately and within timelines.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, special requests, and other client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the package.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, quotations, confirmations, and client communication.




- Handle MICE/group travel requirements and coordinate with relevant suppliers for group arrangements.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding package details, payment deadlines, booking confirmations, and travel updates.
- Provide post-booking assistance and resolve client concerns promptly.

Requirements / Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–4 years or more of relevant experience in the travel industry, preferably in Holiday Packages / FIT / Domestic & International Tours.
- Hands-on experience in handling package enquiries and converting them into bookings.
- Positive knowledge of domestic and international destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and tour packages.
- Experience in handling day-to-day client emails, quotations, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Experience in FIT hotel bookings and customized holiday packages is preferred.
- Exposure to MICE/group travel will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and email-handling skills.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
- Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Candidates from a Travel Agency / Tour Operator / DMC / Travel Management Company background will be preferred.
