We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to grow sales, develop dealer networks, and promote our electrical, electronic, agricultural automation, and IoT products. The candidate will manage the sales team, build customer relationships, and help the company expand its market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
2. Build new dealer and distributor networks and maintain relationships with existing customers.
3. Manage and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
4. Identify recent business opportunities, study competitors, and expand market reach.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for order follow-up, customer support, and payment collection.
