Abhivriti Fingrow Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of Loan Officer to promote and facilitate business loan applications for local shopkeepers and small business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for business loans from local shops and small businesses.
- Visit markets and meet prospective customers.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and repayment terms.
- Collect and verify customer KYC and business documents.
- Assist customers with app registration and online loan applications.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
- Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing.
- Achieve assigned monthly business and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain customer records and submit daily activity reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Graduate preferred.
- Experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, microfinance, loan sales, or field sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
