We are looking for a motivated and student-oriented Educational Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable courses, educational programs, and career paths.

The candidate will be responsible for counseling students and parents, explaining course details, handling inquiries, and supporting students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, educational programs, and career opportunities.
2. Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
3. Provide accurate information about course fees, eligibility criteria, duration, and admission procedures.
4. Handle student inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
5. Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
6. Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities.
7. Maintain student records, inquiry databases, and follow-up reports.

Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
9. Achieve assigned counseling, follow-up, and admission targets.
10. Build positive relationships with students and parents and address their queries professionally.
