- Roles & Responsibilities1. F&B; ManagerManage overall food and beverage operations, including restaurants and guest dining services.
- Supervise F&B; staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, inventory, and operational costs.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, front office, housekeeping, and management teams.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- 2. F&B; ExecutiveAssist in managing daily restaurant and food service operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, service quality, and restaurant readiness.
- Maintain records of stock, requisitions, and daily operational activities.
- Support the F&B; Manager in implementing service standards and procedures.
- 3. Restaurant CaptainSupervise stewards and service staff during restaurant operations.
- Allocate tables and duties and ensure timely guest service.
- Take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure correct food delivery.
- Handle guest requests and resolve routine service concerns.
- Ensure proper table setup, restaurant cleanliness, and grooming standards.
- 4. StewardWelcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selection.




- Take food and beverage orders and serve them professionally.
- Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and restaurant hygiene.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and captain to ensure timely service.
- Follow the hotel's service standards and maintain a polite attitude toward guests.
- 5. F&B; Desk ExecutiveHandle guest inquiries, dining reservations, and seating coordination.
- Welcome guests and guide them regarding restaurant services and meal timings.
- Coordinate with the restaurant and kitchen teams regarding guest requirements.
- Maintain reservation records and communicate special requests to the concerned departments.
- Assist with guest feedback and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- 6. Busboy / Restaurant HelperAssist stewards with table clearing, resetting, and basic service preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness in restaurant and dining areas.
- Refill water, arrange crockery and cutlery, and support service staff.
- Assist with carrying trays and replenishing service stations.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Eligibility & RequirementsCandidates with relevant hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality experience are preferred.
- Freshers may apply for entry-level positions such as Steward and Busboy / Restaurant Helper.
- Good communication, teamwork, grooming, and guest-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a hospitality environment.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of food service standards and hygiene practices will be an advantage.
