Job OverviewWe are looking for a Telecaller Cum Recruiter to manage Blue Collar candidate recruitment and onboarding. The candidate will be responsible for daily calling, candidate follow-ups, explaining job opportunities, coordinating joining, and assisting candidates throughout the onboarding process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls to Blue Collar candidates.
- Explain job roles, salary, location, working conditions, and joining process.
- Identify interested and eligible candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regularly until successful joining.
- Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain daily calling and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Re-engage old and pending candidates through regular follow-ups.
- Resolve candidate queries related to jobs and joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records.
- Submit daily performance reports to the Team Leader/Manager.
- Focus on successful joining and onboarding, not just call volume.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Strong telecalling and follow-up ability.




- Candidate handling and recruitment skills.
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work with daily and monthly targets.
- Positive time management and discipline.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Previous experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
