We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Contact candidates, explain job details, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and management throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates until the joining process is completed.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to communicate professionally over phone and email.
- computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
