- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Create and review 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in material selection, space planning, and design development.
- Incorporate client feedback and revise drawings as required.
- Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and schedules.
- Support project execution from concept development to completion.
