Job Description:

Sukoon Healthcare is hiring Staff Nurses to join its multidisciplinary team specializing in mental health, psychiatry, and alcohol and substance rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges.

- Assess patient needs and implement nursing care plans.

- Monitor patients, record vital signs, and maintain accurate medical documentation.

- Administer medications, IV fluids, and other prescribed nursing interventions.

- Assist doctors with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

- Perform ECG, specimen collection, tube feeding, suctioning, and other nursing procedures as required.

- Observe patient behaviour and support therapeutic activities.

- Educate patients and their families about care and mental health awareness.





- Maintain infection control, hygiene, patient confidentiality, and safety standards.

- Maintain patient handover records, medical inventory, and equipment.

- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.

- Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.

- Valuable communication and patient-care skills.
