Job Overview:
Looking for experienced freelance HR recruiters who can handle domestic recruitment and closures across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia and other portals.
- Work on multiple industry requirements and bulk hiring.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews and follow up.
- Ensure successful candidate joining and closures.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry is mandatory.
- Experience in domestic recruitment and candidate closures.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently from home on a freelance basis.
