Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with experience in property and building valuation. In this role, you will conduct field site inspections, verify structural measurements, estimate property market values, and prepare transparent valuation and assessment reports for insurance claims, financial institutions, or asset management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site visits and physical inspections of residential, commercial, or industrial properties.

Inspect structural integrity, quality of construction, and state of repair or damages.

Measure floor areas, verify layout plans, and cross-check site conditions against architectural/engineering drawings.

Calculate building construction costs, depreciation, and fair market value using standard valuation methodologies.





Prepare structured loss assessment reports, valuation certificates, and pre-dispatch or pre-risk survey documentation.

Coordinate with clients, claims officers, or bank/insurance representatives to clarify site findings.

Requirements & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in civil site execution, structural inspection, or property valuation.

Knowledge of construction estimation, costing, and basic structural design principles.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) for report drafting; basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.

Good written and verbal communication skills for technical report writing.

Willingness to travel locally for field site visits.
