Key Responsibilities

- Attend and manage incoming calls, client inquiries, and front-desk activities professionally.
- Handle leads generated through online advertisements, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand clients’ requirements and provide accurate information about our hair replacement services, wigs, hair toppers, hair extensions, and other related services.
- Follow up with potential clients, maintain regular communication, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and bookings.
- Maintain a polite, patient, attentive, and professional approach while communicating with clients.
- Maintain records of leads, client inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Assist with basic reception and administrative tasks whenever required.
- Create short videos and reels showcasing our hair replacement services, hair transformations, styling work, and other in-house activities for social media and promotional purposes.
- Assist in capturing photos and videos of our work, including hair replacement procedures, styling, and client transformations,



while maintaining client privacy and consent.
- Coordinate with the team to showcase our services and craftsmanship through engaging visual content.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided for successfully converting leads into confirmed appointments or bookings.

Preferred Skills & Qualities

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, confidence, attentiveness, and a qualified attitude.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, video recording, and social media content creation.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels and basic video editing will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of salon work, hair styling, wigs, hair extensions, or hair replacement services will be preferred.
- A willingness to learn about our services and understand the work we do.
- Ability to communicate comfortably with clients and help create a positive customer experience.
