Role Summary:

The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting field visits as per assigned schedules, ensuring accurate customer verification, and supporting operational and compliance requirements of the organization. The role requires direct interaction with clients, adherence to company policies, and maintenance of qualified standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers as per daily field allocation and instructions provided by the reporting manager

or operations team.

• Collect, verify, and validate required customer documents including KYC, address proof,

identity proof, and other relevant documentation as per company guidelines.

• Conduct basic customer verification activities such as residence checks and business

verification to ensure authenticity and accuracy of information provided.

• Coordinate effectively with the operations, credit, and related internal teams to share case

status, updates, and verification outcomes in a timely manner.





• Ensure proper and timely submission of all collected documents, field visit reports, and

verification findings to the concerned department.

• Adhere strictly to the company’s policies, procedures, compliance standards, and regulatory

requirements while performing assigned duties.

• Support collection, follow-up, or recovery-related activities whenever required, in accordance

with company processes.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct during all customer

interactions and field activities.

• Safeguard confidential customer and company information and ensure data accuracy at all

times.

• Strict adherence to formal attire is mandatory, as the role involves direct face-to-face

interaction with clients, and maintaining a professional appearance is required at all

times.
