Generate leads through dealerships, referrals, existing clients and direct enquiries.  Understand customers’ vehicle requirements, preferences and budgets.  Source suitable recent and pre-owned cars through partner dealers and sellers.  Explain vehicle options, pricing, finance options and purchase procedures.  Coordinate vehicle visits, inspections and test drives.  Assist with quotations, negotiations, bookings and sales closures.  Collect documents and coordinate vehicle loan applications with banks, NBFCs and finance partners.  Follow up on loan approvals, disbursements and vehicle delivery.  Coordinate motor insurance quotations and issuance with the insurance team.  Coordinate ownership-document checks and transfer formalities for pre-owned vehicles.  Maintain lead trackers, customer records and regular follow-ups.



 Build dealer and finance-partner relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS  At least 6 months of relevant experience; 1 year preferred.  Good communication skills in English and Hindi.  Proficient in English typing, email and basic spreadsheets.  Basic knowledge of cars, vehicle finance and purchase documentation.  Strong customer service, negotiation and follow-up skills.  Willingness to travel locally for customer and dealership meetings.  A valid driving licence is preferred.  Organised and able to manage enquiries from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
