*About the Role*

SkyJumper is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives to connect with potential customers, promote our entertainment offerings, and generate business opportunities through calls.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

* Promote SkyJumper’s trampoline parks, Event packages, group bookings, and other entertainment offerings.

* Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into bookings.

* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about packages and offers.

* Maintain customer details, call records,



and follow-up status.

* Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

*Eligibility Criteria*

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Minimum qualification: Any Graduate.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

* Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.

* Prior telesales or telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
