An excellent prospect to work with an international banking organization in the Gold Loan segment. We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Sales Officers who are comfortable with field sales, customer acquisition, and branch coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Source and acquire new customers for gold loan products through field sales activities.
Generate leads and develop potential customer relationships.
Visit customers and conduct field-level sales activities.
Coordinate with the branch team to complete the required sales process.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Achieve sales objectives through effective customer sourcing and follow-ups.
Work efficiently in both field and branch environments.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services, is desirable.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable with field sales, customer visits, and local travel.
Willingness to learn about gold loan products and banking processes.
Training will be provided to selected candidates.
