JOB DESCRIPTION : FACTORY SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, manage production activities, supervise workers, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervise day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
- Allocate work to operators and factory workers based on production requirements.
- Monitor production targets, productivity, and workflow.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to factory rules and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, stores, and other departments.




- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production reports, attendance records, and shift-wise output data.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action to avoid production delays.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in factory supervision or manufacturing operations.
- Positive knowledge of production processes, workforce management, and quality control.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and achieve production targets within deadlines.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
