- Develop, implement, and maintain inspection protocols for incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished mechanical assemblies.
- Oversee dimensional and functional testing using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, Bevel protector, Height gauge).
- Lead investigations into product non-conformances, customer complaints, and manufacturing defects.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).
